meet MR. KEHINDE BURAIMOH
Kehinde Buraimoh is the Senior Partner and founder of the firm. He has about 20 years’ experience in active Legal Practice. He is known as a quiet but efficient, effective, and excellent Solicitor. Kehinde is a Notary Public of Nigeria and was so appointed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in the year 2007. He is a registered Consultant with Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria and of the Capital Market Solicitors Association. He is well travelled and has attended several conferences, seminars, and workshop both within and outside Nigeria
Kehinde is an astute Solicitor who has handled complex Commercial transactions on behalf of clients and has often brought his wealth of experience to bear in all these transactions. Apart from being an acclaimed legal practitioner he also has an extensive board room experience having served on the board of companies and non-profit organization. He holds dear to his heart the issue of Corporate Governance and is an advocate of same. He currently serves as a non-executive director of Richway Microfinance Bank Limited.
Kehinde was educated at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun State Nigeria where he obtained his Bachelor of Law (L.L.B) degree before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School Bwari Abuja where he was part of the pioneer set of the institution where he obtained his Barristers at Law (B.L) certificate and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar as Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Before starting KB & Company he worked as Solicitor in the leading law firm of Paul Usoro & Company where he participated in big ticket transactions and advised broad range clients of the firm on issues regarding their businesses.
Kehinde is an alumnus of the renowned Lagos Business School Executive Program of Owners Managers Program.
