meet EFEMENA ANN UGBORO
She attended Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and obtained a second class lower division degree in Law, thereafter attended The Nigerian Law School and was called to The Nigerian Bar. After her law school she had her mandatory National Youth service in the Ministry of Justice Sokoto State.
After her one year service in Sokoto State, she worked with the Law Firm of U.S.A Monu & Partners, where as an Associate she was involved in Facility management for clients, credit relationship management, perfection of titles, company and business name registration, Soliciting and general Litigation practice from where she join KB & Company in 2009. She is involved in General litigation practice, Soliciting, Company secretarial duties, Aviation, credit relationship management. Capital market, Facility management, perfection of titles, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, immigration, business investment incentives, business names and company registrations and Probate.
She is very hardworking, intelligent, focused, reliable and a good team player. She enjoys the practice of Law and specializes in Corporate/Commercial practice. She also handles Company secretarial aspect of our practice. She also enjoys reading, cooking and intend to take up golfing as a hobby pretty soon.
Efemena obtains her Masters degree (LLM) from Coventry University in 2011 with specialization in taxation.
